– What kind of classes do you offer?

-Do I need to have any experience to join?

 No, you do not, in fact, most of our members start with zero experience. That said, we have had pro fighters come here from other locations to train with us!


– What kind of equipment do I need? 

 To start just a mouthpiece and if you would like a cup. If you have your own equipment bring it along but if you don’t we do have loaner equipment. If you do decide to sign up start gathering your own gear.


– How much does it cost to join?

 Price varies depending on what options you choose. Once we talk to you and get an idea of what you are looking for we will put together a few packages for you to choose from. If you enjoy it, you just pick which package works best for you!


– Do you offer personal training?

 We have multiple coaches that offer both private and semi-private (small group) sessions at an additional cost. The price varies depending on what coach you decide to work with.


– Do you offer classes for kids?

* Currently, we allow ages 14 and up into our adult program. We are working on a kid’s program but don’t know when we will roll that out.


– What is the atmosphere like at the gym?

 *GREAT! We like to work very hard while having fun and joking around. We train as a team to help each other get better.

– Do you offer any nutrition or diet advice?

 *While we don’t specifically offer this at this time there are multiple people who are willing to share what has and hasn’t worked for them. We have a lot of fighters that have to make specific weights so there is a lot of good advice on this topic.


– What is the gym’s policy on sparring?

 *We don’t have new members spar but we let them work their way up to that. Even then we don’t do a lot of hard sparring, we save that for specific times and fights!


– What should I wear to class?

 *Comfortable clothing that doesn’t have zippers, buttons, or anything else that could cut, or scratch another person or the mats


-Do I need to be in shape?

 *No, you don’t, we have helped a lot of members get in shape when they were in the worst shape of their lives before they came in. As long as your doctor is good with you here we are!


-What are the age requirements?

 *We allow ages 14 and up into our adult classes and you can be any age above that as long as you are young at heart!


-When am I able to move up to other classes?

 *We watch our members get better and when they get to the point we feel they can apply some of what they have learned in a live scenario then we invite them to move up!


-What types of competition do we train for?

 *We mostly do MMA but we also compete I’m boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, BJJ, no-gi, wrestling, and more


-Where do we compete?

* We have sent people all. over the world including Dubi, the Dominican, Las Vagas, New York, and other places. The majority of our competitions are in Virginia 


-What do I need to do to compete?

 *You could do that now but we would not recommend it. We watch our members and make decisions based on how they do in practice. Our number one goal is to have our guys and girls prepared before they complete so they can be as safe as possible and have a good chance at getting a win!
